Seeking a Marketing Director who will lead Ventris’ marketing efforts. Hire will be responsible for evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, and building awareness and positioning for the Ventris brand. Position will work closely with the sales department and lead the organization in company conferences, trade shows, and other major marketing events. Background must include a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications and a minimum of five years experience in the medical field. High competency in project and stakeholder management is a plus.
Seeking a Customer Service Representative who will provide information to customers in response to questions, concerns, and complaints via phone and email. Hire will have expert communication and listening skills and be able to quickly and effectively resolve any issues or conflicts. Hire will also work closely with the credit department and will provide timely feedback to company management regarding any challenges or customer concerns. Background must include a four year degree and a minimum of three years customer service experience in a like field. Experience in the medical field is a plus.
