Seeking a Customer Service Representative who will provide information to customers in response to questions, concerns, and complaints via phone and email. Hire will have expert communication and listening skills and be able to quickly and effectively resolve any issues or conflicts. Hire will also work closely with the credit department and will provide timely feedback to company management regarding any challenges or customer concerns.

Background must include a four year degree and a minimum of three years customer service experience in a like field. Experience in the medical field is a plus.
